Beautiful Arosa Sleeper Sofa by Charles Stewart featuring custom upholstery in McLaurin & Piercy Pendhapa Indigo fabric. Lovely wood foot detail and trim on base. Sofa is extremely comfortable and fabric is very soft to the touch. The perfect place to lounge OR spend the night, as this sleeper accommodates a queen sized mattress. Excellent condition - was installed briefly by a designer but the buyer changed her mind. One tiny fabric pick on the corner of the right arm. Could easily be trimmed. A steal!!!
