After working at Knoll with Harry Bertoia on his wire chair collection and assisting Eero Saarinen with his Tulip collection, Don Petitt went on to develop his bentwood technique. These chairs are an excellent example of that technique and manufacturing process. These chairs are ergonomically constructed and are equally at home as dining chairs, office chairs or lounge chairs.
Structurally sound. The upholstery and seat cushion would benefit from an upgrade.
